I had the Opportunity through Uprinting and Tricia Greaves to review, Tricia's 3 meal magic.

I have to say I loved it. 3 meal Magic talked about eating, to avoid dealing with emotional issues. When you think about that statement alone, It is so true.I know in my own journey that is how I got to 350 pounds. I didn't want to deal with my pain my reality. I wish I had known about this plan before getting my surgery done. I will be following it in the last leg of my journey.

She talks about eating 3 meals and going in 5 hour increments. That way your not stretching your stomach. you are eating regular sized meals and enjoying those meals. You are not bloated from over eating. I was listening and it was like a smack in the forehead. It all made sense.
