Yes to Cookies reveiw and giveaway

I was given the opportunity to review Yes to Cookies. They are Gluten free, Sugar free and No Starch cookies. A mother of two autistic and ahdh boys dream. You mean they can have sweets without getting all crazy on me?

So the skeptic in me says yeah right. We have done the sugar free cookies and the kids still get all bananas on me. So when the package arrived. I waited anxiously for them to come in from playing. I wanted to put these to work.



They love them Blake loves the Strawberry Banana flavor and Nate the Cocoa-Licious Flavor. They were not hyper after eating. They really enjoyed them. I am really impressed by this company. When they asked for a cookie I wasn't afraid to give them one.


These cookies are great for diabetics, people trying to loose weight and much more.

Sprig Toys Review and Giveaway

I was given the opportunity to review Sprig Toys. For those who are not familiar with Sprig Toys they are an Eco friendly toy company. My favorite part is they do not require batteries.

My kids tired out the Dino Adventure Big Rig. This is the cutest set. They are durable. The jeep had an accidental trip down the stairs thanks to the dog. NOT a scratch or break. Score one for Sprig. The kids have since chased the dog pretending to be the dinosaur.

The other set we played with was the Ol Mac's Story building Farmyard They have not stopped playing. They love this set. It made up of pop outs and have blocks to hold the story board pieces. They are very sturdy. They set up the farm play and then change it up again. I am so pleased that they love this toy.I am really impressed with the quality. I chuckled when it said over 95pieces on the box. It did not look like it could hold that many. It sure did. My kids are in love.





I love that they are using their minds and being creative. I love that they are actually sharing. These play sets are great for enriching young little minds. To use with two autistic children this is an important piece for them.To keep communicating and reenacting. Sprig Toys does that for my children.

We have had fights over the Dino jeep so Blake will be getting one for Christmas and Nate the three little pigs.

Diamond Rio Beautful Mess

I had a very hard time at first getting into this book. With that said once they got more into the individual stories I was more captivated. For those who don’t know Diamond Rio is a country music band that sings Beautiful Mess, I believe and my personal favorite One More day.


They got their start in Nashville Tennessee at Opry Land. Despite a hard beginning the six member band has become a sensation. The band members include: Marty Roe, Dan Truman, Jimmy Orlander, Brian Prout, Gene Johnson, and Dana Williams. Each to have over come obstacles in their personal life and as a group. When Marty lost his hearing and the group was falling apart. Diane came into save the day and got them back on track. She did this by training him again and adjusting his mix. Amazing that the solution was that simple, yet it took them so long to figure out. How they struggled on the road and missing their families that led some to divorce. Yet they continue on and give us great music.

My only other wish is that we got more information on the band as it is now. Not so much of the past band members. I see where there story needed to be told this way. I will be giving this to my grandfather for Christmas as this is one band we have in common. I know how much he loves them

Skin MD Natural Lotion

I was really excited to try Skin MD Natural. I have suffered from eczema and dry skin for years. I was really suspect to its claims. I have been using this for almost 2 weeks now.

My hands feel less dry. My dry patches are clearing up. They also sent me a few facial samples. I love that my face is feeling less dry. My face was so dry it would flake. This made it hard to wear make up as it gave a caked on effect. Not anymore

My boys skins are silky like a baby's again. I love it. I love feeling there soft skin when we snuggle.

I highly recommend this product. It leaves your skin feeling refreshed. I waited to see if we would have reactions. NOTHING!!! This is a first for us. I cant tell you the last time I have used a lotion and didn't break out with hives.

Corel review and giveaway

Corel has given me to opportunity to review and giveaway Corel Digital Studio 2010.

I love the ease of this program. I click it checks off and goes to the slide show. I have used all the features and all are easy to use. I am working on a video for my family so they can see what we have been up to since moving here. Not all have computers. This was a way for me to make it easy.


The instillation process was extremely easy. It did everything it needed to do.The graphic quality is amazing. It has a standard definition and a High definition setting. I have used both. The HD is slightly clearer. Love that you have to option. This is compatible with windows seven.

Another favorite feature is that I can upload this directly to YouTube and Facebook. How Awesome is that?


You can organize your photos,videos and music all in one place. You can also enhance your pictures in just minutes. To get creative Juices flowing you can do a calendar, photo book, slide show and more. You can turn your videos into a Hollywood experience, just by adding an opening and closing credits. Loved this feature. Sorry cant share that video just yet...It will be used as a Christmas gift for my mom.

I have done a short video for you of making a collage. Quick and Easy. I used the kids favorite pictures from the Festival of Lights we went to. They now have this on their wall.

Golden Moon Tea Review

My husband and I have been reviewing some tea from Golden Moon and we love it!.

we got some samples. The flavors we have tried are:
- organic green tea
-honey pear tea
-french breakfast tea
-white Persian melon
-white licorice

my favorites hands down were honey pear and the white licorice. I am not one for really sweet that was the Persian melon. My husband loved it and the organic green tea. It seeped really well.

For the melon I turned it to an iced tea and enjoyed it more that way.

My husband and I agree that we will be buying from Golden Moon Tea for my grandma's birthdays. They are avid tea drinkers. The flavors are rich and smooth. That is important to all of us. The aroma was inviting. The color was beautiful. I am one of those people who need drinks and food to look inviting for me to try it. This certainly was.
